Logging in to BlackVue with your email address gives you secure access to your cameras, Cloud services, and account settings. This guide walks you through the login steps and explains how to fix the most common sign-in issues.

Logging In with Your Email
- Update the BlackVue/Fleeta App
- Make sure you have the latest version from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Open the App and Select "Continue with Email"
- Tap “Log in with Email”.
- Enter Your Registered Email and Password
- Type the email address you used when creating your account.
- Enter your password accurately (check for typos or Caps Lock).
- Press "Log in with Email"
- You should now have access to the app and all linked services.
- Familiar features—including Cloud and remote viewing—are available after sign-in.
Common Login Issues and How to Fix Them

| “Email not found” | Double-check your email spelling. If you have not registered, create a new account with that email. |
| Didn’t receive reset email | Check your spam or junk mail folder. Confirm you used the correct registered email address. |
| Login fails after update | Ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling. |
| Password forgotten | Tap “Forgot password?” and follow the steps to reset it. See below for more details. |
If You Forgot Your Password
- On the login screen, tap “Forgot password?”
- Enter your registered email and click "Send password reset email".
- Check your email inbox for a reset link (also check spam/junk folders).
- Click the link and create a new password.
- Return to the app and log in with the new password.
Important:
- If you signed up with Google or Apple ID, use the respective login option.
- The “Forgot password?” link only works for accounts registered with “Continue with Email.”
Additional Quick Fixes
- Account Recovery: If you suspect your email is not linked, update it in your account settings.
- Device Syncing: Log out and log in again if your camera list does not sync.
- Multiple Devices: For Fleeta account owners, you can log in on multiple platforms with the same email at the same time (Fleeta App or Fleeta Web Viewer).
