What is FLEETA? FLEETA is BlackVue's cloud-based fleet management platform. It is a separate service from the standard BlackVue Cloud and requires its own subscription. Existing BlackVue Cloud users moving to FLEETA must create or link a FLEETA account at fleeta.io.
Transitioning from BlackVue Cloud to FLEETA
If you are migrating from BlackVue Cloud to FLEETA:
- Visit fleeta.io and create a new FLEETA account, or log in with your existing BlackVue credentials if account linking is supported.
- Select a plan that matches your fleet size (STARTER, STANDARD, PRO, or ENTERPRISE).
- Ensure your dashcam model is cloud-compatible. Compatible models include:
- ELITE 10, 9 Series / ELITE 8 Series
- DR970X Series / DR770X Series
- CM100G LTE module required for non-LTE models
- Activate your SIM card before subscribing.
- Register your dashcams under the new FLEETA account.
⚠️ BlackVue Cloud (Lite/Smart) subscribers must cancel their current plan before enrolling in Fleeta. Simultaneous use is not supported, as BlackVue Cloud subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, while Fleeta subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Cancel your in-app subscription through Google Play or the App Store first, then proceed to fleeta.io to enroll.
Canceling a FLEETA Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your FLEETA account.
- Go to My Subscriptions → Manage Plan → Cancel Subscription.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date.
Key points:
- Monthly plans: no long-term commitment, cancel anytime.
- Annual plans: paid upfront and generally non-refundable. Contact sales@fleeta.io for case-by-case review.
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default. Disable it under My Subscriptions → Manage Plan to prevent unwanted renewal.
Account Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- Cloud storage, event footage, and GPS history are no longer accessible.
- Your account remains registered. You can re-enroll at any time without creating a new account.
⚠️ Download any footage or reports you need before your billing period ends. Data is not recoverable after subscription expiry.
Re-enrolling After Cancellation
To re-subscribe after a previous cancellation:
- Log in to your existing FLEETA account at fleeta.io.
- Go to My Subscriptions and select a plan.
- Re-add your dashcams if they were removed during the cancellation period.
- Note: The 14-day free trial applies to new STARTER plan subscribers only and is not available for re-enrollments.
For billing issues during re-enrollment:
- Try a different card or payment method.
- Ensure the card supports international/online transactions.
