Which BlackVue camera models support Cloud service?
Cloud capability is available on select BlackVue dashcams equipped with Wi-Fi, integrated LTE SIM, or dedicated Cloud firmware. Recent flagship and LTE models are the most Cloud-ready.

Tip: If your model name contains “X,” “LTE,” “S,” or “Cloud,” there’s a high chance that Cloud features are supported. Models labeled Wi-Fi but not Cloud do not enable online services.
How to check if your dashcam is Cloud-ready
- Check the model name
- Printed on the dashcam body or product packaging (e.g., DR970X, DR770X, DR750-2CH LTE).
- Confirm firmware status
- Some older Cloud-compatible models (e.g., DR650GW, DR650S) require a dedicated “Cloud” firmware update—download from the official support site if needed.
- App registration options
- During camera registration in the BlackVue app, compatible models display Cloud setup options.
- If the app does not offer a Cloud setup menu, your dashcam likely isn’t supported.
- Internet connection
- Wi-Fi models: You’ll need an in-car hotspot or home/business Wi-Fi for online Cloud services.
- LTE models: Active SIM card and APN configuration may be necessary for mobile connectivity.
