In the Event Trigger menu, you can control:
- Which events the dashcam detects
- How sensitive each detection is
You can also choose:
- Whether to activate Beep/Voice alerts
- Whether to enable Live Event Upload
for each event
What is Live Event Upload?
Live Event Upload automatically saves event videos to the cloud in real time when an event is detected.
· You can enable this option for each event in the Event Trigger menu.
· Live Event Upload settings can only be changed when the dashcam is Cloud Connected.
Priority Events

Manual Recording: Saves video when you tap the dashcam’s touch sensor.
Manual Recording is always enabled and cannot be turned off. -
Driving Impact: Detects impacts while driving and records the event based on your sensitivity settings.

Parking Impact: Detects impacts while parked and records the event.
You can set Parking Impact History Alert to notify you of any impact when exiting Parking Mode.
(Impacts within 3 minutes of exiting Parking Mode are ignored.) -
Protect Event Files: Protects the last 50 event videos from being overwritten.
Once full, the oldest protected files are replaced with new events.
Reckless Driving

Driving Unit: Set the measurement unit for speed-related events (km/h or MPH).
Changing the unit will reset all Reckless Driving event thresholds to their default values. -
Speed Alert: Triggers an event when the vehicle exceeds the set speed limit.

Hard Acceleration: Detects sudden acceleration based on the threshold you set.

Hard Braking: Detects sudden braking based on the threshold you set.

Hard Cornering: Detects sharp turns based on the threshold you set.
Live Event Upload Video Source
- Select the video sources (Front / Rear / Optional camera) you want to upload when an event is triggered.
