🔄 Subscription Overview
BlackVue Fleeta is a cloud-based fleet management solution. You can subscribe through:

Monthly or Annual billing cycles

Manual or Auto-Renewal options
📌 Subscriptions are account-based (not device-based), and you can manage multiple vehicles under one plan.
💳 Payment Methods Accepted
You can pay using:

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX

PayPal (where available)
✅ Tip: Ensure your card supports international or online transactions if payment fails.
🔔 Auto-Renewal Settings
By default, your subscription will auto-renew on the due date. You can:

Enable/Disable Auto-Renewal at any time from your account:

Log in to your FLEETA Account

Go to My Subscriptions

Click Manage Plan

Toggle the Auto-Renewal option

🛑 Disabling auto-renewal means your subscription will expire at the end of your billing cycle unless manually renewed.
🧾 View and Download Invoices
To access your payment history:

Log in to your Fleeta Dashboard

Navigate to Billing or Payment History

Click on the Invoice icon to download as PDF
🔄 Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
You can change your subscription anytime:

Upgrading takes effect immediately, and the new rate is prorated.

Downgrading will apply from your next billing cycle.
Steps:

Go to My Subscriptions

Select your current plan

Click Change Plan

Choose your desired tier and confirm
❌ Canceling Subscription
To cancel:

Go to My Subscriptions

Click Manage Plan

Select Cancel Subscription
