If you have subscribed to a BlackVue Cloud plan (such as our Lite or Smart plans) directly through the BlackVue mobile app, your payment was securely processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Because your app store acts as the official Merchant of Record, BlackVue cannot directly generate, modify, or email tax invoices for individual app store purchases. Instead, you can easily download your official receipt directly from Apple or Google.

📱 For Standard In-App Subscriptions (Lite, Smart Plans)
If you purchased on an iPhone / iPad (iOS):
Apple automatically emails a receipt to your Apple Account email address every time your subscription renews. If you need a fresh copy, follow these steps on your Apple device:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the very top.
Tap Media & Purchases, then select View Account (you may need to sign in with Face ID or your password).
Scroll down and tap Purchase History.
Find your BlackVue subscription charge, tap Total Billed, and select Resend to have Apple email a new copy of your invoice.
Alternatively, you can log into reportaproblem.apple.com using a web browser to view and download any invoice.
If you purchased on an Android Device:
Google Play automatically sends an email receipt for every transaction. To retrieve a copy from your account:
Go to the Google Pay portal at pay.google.com and log in with your Google account.
Click on Activity at the top of the page.
Select your BlackVue subscription transaction to view and print your official tax invoice.
🚛 For Fleet Plans & Corporate Invoices
Standard App Store receipts usually do not include corporate details like company names or tax/VAT ID numbers.
If your company utilizes our BlackVue Fleet Tracking solutions or requires a dedicated corporate tax invoice for multiple devices, please reach out to our dedicated support team directly.
