If you subscribe to a Cloud Plan via the mobile app (Lite/Smart) and it did not successfully reflect on your account, you can simply restore your purchase by following the procedures below.
Note: The screenshots in this guide are taken from the BlackVue app since in-app purchases are available only to BlackVue users and not Fleeta.
Restoring a Purchase
- Go to Account tab and tap "Upgrade" on the subscription box section.
- Scroll up until you see the Restore Purchase option.
- Tap and confirm.
