Managing your BlackVue Cloud subscription is simple and flexible. Here’s how you can subscribe to a plan, change your current plan, or cancel anytime—from the app or web.
Note: The screenshots in this guide are taken from the BlackVue app and may vary slightly depending on your camera model or app version.
Subscribing to a Plan
- Open the BlackVue App or Website
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
- Go to “Account” Section
- You can find it at the bottom right corner of the app.
- Click the "Upgrade" button below the profile name and email address.
- Choose a Subscription Plan
- Review available plans (e.g., Free, Smart, Fleet), their features, and storage/video upload quotas.
- Select Your Preferred Plan
- Tap on the plan you want to subscribe to.
- Choose the number of slots for cloud camera (Lite and Smart Plans only).
- Tap "Start 1 Month Free Trial" to proceed.
- For Fleet Plan, visit fleeta.io to proceed with the subscription.
- Enter Payment Information
- Add a valid credit/debit card or select another payment method (such as Klarna in some regions).
- For some payment providers, you may see installment options.
- Complete the Purchase
- Follow prompts to confirm and process your subscription.
Note: Lite and Smart Cloud Plans are also called in-app plans - the subscriptions are paid via Google Play or Apple Store. The Fleet Cloud Plan subscription can only be completed using a web browser by visiting fleeta.io website.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
- Access the Subscription Page
- On the app, tap "Account" tab and "Upgrade" button below the profile name and email address.
- Choose Your New Plan
- Select a higher-tier plan to upgrade, or a lower-tier/free plan to downgrade.
- You can also reduce or increase the number of slots for cloud camera under the same Cloud Plan.
- Confirm Plan Change
- The system will show any changes to your billing (such as next billing date or prorated charges/refunds).
- Approve the changes—your new plan takes effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on the policy.
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Your Subscription Settings
- Go to Google Store / App Store.
- Tap your profile's icon to show your account information.
- Tap "Subscriptions" and locate the Blackvue app.
- Click the BlackVue app and the "Cancel Subscription" option.
- Follow the Prompts
- Confirm cancellation when prompted.
If you only want to use the free trial, make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges.
Handling Billing and Payment Issues
| Issue | What to Do |

| Payment failed | Check your card info, try another payment method, or contact your bank. |
| Can’t download invoice | Clear your browser cache or use a different device. |
| Unsure about renewal status | Open the Billing section in your account to confirm recent transactions and next payment. |
Note: Changing or canceling your plan will not delete your account or remove your cameras from the app.
For changes to take effect (such as the loss of Smart Plan features), you may need to log out and log back in, or restart the app. Please also note that deleting your account will not cancel your subscriptions.
