Users can enter their account email, preferred contact email, select a reason for cancellation (e.g., No longer using it, Sold/transferred device, Too expensive), add optional details, and submit their request after confirming the mandatory disconnection disclosure checkbox.

The requests are received by BlackVue's HQ Customer Support.
2. Logged-In Feature: Camera Deregistration Request (Cloud Setup)
Where it occurs: During in-app Cloud Dashcam Activation / Setup while the user is logged into their account.
How it works: If a user attempts to add a cloud camera that is already registered to a previous owner or another account, the app displays an "Already registered" error screen.
New Request Button: Instead of blocking setup, the error screen now displays a "This isn't my camera? Get help >" button.
Automated Request Form: Tapping this button opens the Camera Deregistration Request form with the user's logged-in account email and the Camera Serial Number (PSN) automatically pre-filled. The user simply provides the reason for deregistration (e.g., Purchased secondhand on eBay) and optional photo/receipt proof to submit a formal request to the CS team.
