If you receive a "Forbidden" message or an anti-spam error when trying to submit a support request or post on the BlackVue Help Center, your submission has been temporarily blocked by our spam protection system. This is not a permanent ban and does not affect your account.
Common causes
- Your IP address or network has been flagged due to prior spam activity from the same IP range
- You are connected via a VPN or proxy service
- Your submission contains content patterns that resemble spam
What to try
- Disable your VPN or proxy and resubmit. Our spam protection system blocks many VPN IP ranges automatically.
- Switch networks. Try submitting from a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data instead.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
- Simplify your message. Avoid excessive links or formatting that may trigger spam filters.
