    Hello Jesus! You need to forward the serial number of your camera to our Customer Support Team (cs@pittasoft.com) to confirm the registration. The registration will be deleted and you will be provided with further information/instructions.

    Regarding your other issue, it seems that the camera has an issue with the internal SD card reader since you mentioned that it does not recognize any SD card you tried. If you formatted the SD cards via the BlackVue PC Viewer already, then, the camera needs to be checked with your seller.
