The Groups menu allows you to organize cameras and members by team, region, or function.
Each group can include one Admin, multiple cameras, and assigned drivers.

Adding a Group

1. Go to the Groups tab from the side navigation bar
2. Click the + Add Group  button
3. Enter a group name (default is “Untitled group”) and click Add

The new group will appear in the list.

• To rename or delete a group, click the ⋮ icon next to it and choose the desired action.
• To delete multiple groups at once, check the boxes and click Delete
  • Deleting a group will not delete the members or cameras assigned to it.

Managing Group Details (Owner)

Click on any group to open its group detail page.
As an Owner, you can manage the following:

1. Appoint Admin
   Appointing an Admin is optional. Each group can have only one Admin
   
   1. Click + Add under the Admin section
   2. Select an Admin from the list and click Add
      
      

       

2. Add Cameras

   1. Click + Add in the Cameras section
   2. Select cameras from your list (up to 999 per group).
      
      Use the search bar to quickly find devices

3. Assign Drivers to Cameras

   1. Click the Driver icon next to a camera
      
   2. Select up to 3 Drivers to assign per camera
   3. Drivers must already be invited members (status: Accepted or Pending)

Unassigning a Driver from a Camera

If a driver is already assigned to a camera, you can unassign them by following these steps:

1. Locate the camera and find the assigned driver under it
2. Click the X button to the right of the driver’s name

3. Click Remove  in the popup to unassign the driver from the camera

   • Unassigning a driver does not delete their member account. The driver will remain in your fleet and can be reassigned later.

Setting Admin Permissions

Click the Permissions button to customize the Admin’s access within the group:

• Only the Owner can edit permissions
• Permissions can be edited after the Admin accepts the invitation
• Pending Admins cannot have their permissions changed

Managing Groups (Admin Role)

Admins can manage group content similarly to Owners:

• Add or remove drivers
• View assigned cameras
• Manage group-level information
