The Members menu allows you to invite, view, and manage Admins and Drivers in your fleet.
Inviting a Member
- Go to Members from the side navigation bar
- Click + Invite Member
- Enter the member’s email address and select a role (Admin or Driver)
The role cannot be changed after the invitation is sent. To change a member’s role, you must delete and re-invite them with the new role.

The invited member will appear in the list with Pending status
→ The status will update once the member accepts the invitation
Managing Pending Invitations
- You can assign pending members to a group and camera even before they accept the invitation.
- If the invitation expires, delete the expired member and send a new invitation.
- An expired invite may still occupy a camera slot, so it’s recommended to remove it if unused.
Viewing Member Details & Changing Permissions
Click on a member to view their assigned details:
- If the member is an Admin, you’ll see the group they are assigned to
- If the member is a Driver, you’ll see both their assigned group and assigned camera
If the member is an Admin, you can also manage their permissions:
- Click the Permissions
button on the member detail page
- Enable or disable individual permissions based on what the Admin should be allowed to access
- Permissions can only be changed for Admins.
- Drivers have fixed access and cannot be edited.
Deleting Members
- To delete an individual member, click ⋮ > Delete
- To delete multiple members, select them using checkboxes and click Delete
Deleting expired or unaccepted invitations helps free up camera assignment slots
