FLEETA provides real-time notifications to help you stay informed about important dashcam events.
You can receive alerts via the mobile app, web viewer, and email, depending on your notification settings.
What Are Notifications?
Notifications inform you when specific events occur, such as:
- Impact while driving or parked
- Parking mode activation
- Camera disconnection
- Driver fatigue alerts
Notifications are sent to:
- The FLEETA app (push notifications)
- The web viewer
- Your registered email address (for Admins and Owners)
Note that only Cloud camera can receive notifications
How to Set Up Notifications
To receive notifications properly, you need to configure settings in two places:
- Dashcam-level: Select which event types you want to be notified about for each dashcam.
- Web Viewer or App: Enable push notifications in your device or browser.
Per Dashcam

Tap Notifications on the camera card you want to configure.

Tap the gear icon to choose the event types and conditions to receive notifications.
App & Web Viewer Notification Settings
Web Viewer

Click the profile icon in the top right and go to Settings.

Check Push Notifications to enable browser alerts.
App

Go to the Account tab and tap the alarm icon button.

Tap the gear icon and turn on Push Notifications.

Allow notification permissions in your mobile OS when prompted.
How to View Notifications
Tap the Notifications button on a specific camera card to view all notifications received from that dashcam.
You can filter the list by date or event type to quickly find what you’re looking for.
When you tap the specific notification, a large thumbnail is displayed along with the following options:
- Live View
Tap the event alert to jump directly into Live View and monitor the situation in real time.
(Available for Cloud-connected dashcams only) - Playback
Once the recording is complete (usually about 1 minute after the event), you can tap the alert to open the saved video in Playback.
