If you don't receive the account confirmation email, please check the spam/junk folder of your email account. If it is there click on the given link to verify your account and set cs@pittasoft.com as "safe sender" so that in the future, the emails you receive from BlackVue are not filtered as spam. 

If you can't find the confirmation email in the spam/junk folder, please try to request the Confirmation email again on the BlackVue C app and check your inbox.

If you still don't get the confirmation email, please send us your account email ID, date, and approximate time you requested the account confirmation email.
